Service Description

Major Service Includes: Drain engine oil & replace with new engine oil Clean oil filter Drain and replace gearbox oil Replace spark plug & air filter Check/top up brake fluid Inspect fuel lines Check throttle valve operation Check battery levels, electrical charge rate/terminals Clean air box and replace air filter element Shock absorber check Check brake light, indicators and headlights Adjust throttle free play as required Lube brake levers & stands as required Adjust any drum brakes as required Check brake pad wear – report if needed. Check and adjust idle as required Assess steering head bearings, stem free-play Check tyre pressures & assess tyre condition Check over for any loose fixtures and fittings Remove transmission cover and de-dust Inspect and deglaze clutch facings * Remove and replace CVT rollers / check gearbox oil seals * Remove and replace drive belt * Drive belts & CVT rollers are done on request or as required at 10,000kms. Note: We will offer a replacement scooter if needed for the duration your service takes. *Subject to availability.
